Why we built Ceribria

Why Ceribria exists.

The problem we set out to fix.

A job market that only checks one side.

Scroll LinkedIn or Indeed and you'll see job description after job description, each one polished. Look a company up and you'll find mixed reviews you can't attach any definitive truth to.

Employers say they're doing all they can to fix the job market: hiring more, paying more, offering more benefits. Those things matter. But on their own they won't fix a market that is opaque and one-sided.

Because the other side is checked in detail. Companies of every size, from the biggest to the smallest, ask candidates to go through rigorous background screening. They see the most sensitive parts of our recorded lives, the good and the bad: a minor charge from when we were teenagers, credit checks, employment checks, education checks, and more.

Candidates are held to their records. Employers should be too. That's what Ceribria is for.

See what it does.

How Ceribria holds employers to their records, and what it will never do.
