Turnover has a price. So does clarity.
Weigh what departures cost your organization today against what Ceribria could prevent — and what it costs. Every assumption is yours to adjust; every price is our list price.
1Your organization
251–1,000 employees
≈ 75 people leave a year
25% is close to the U.S. norm: quits averaged about 2% of employment a month in 2025 (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). Use your own rate if you know it.
2What one departure costs
≈ $3,375,000 a year across 75 departures
Recruiting, onboarding, and the productivity lost while a role is empty. The default, $45,000, is the reported U.S. average: $45,236 per employee in the Express Employment Professionals–Harris Poll (Jan 2026). Gallup puts the range at half to twice a year’s salary (Gallup, 2019) — enter your own figure if you know it.

Assumptions
How the estimate works.
What turnover costs today
Departures are your headcount times your annual turnover rate (25% by default, close to the U.S. norm of about 2% of employees quitting each month). Each one costs what it takes to replace that person — recruiting, onboarding, and the productivity lost while a seat is empty. We start from $45,000, the reported U.S. average; Gallup puts the range at half to twice a year's salary, so set it to what you see.
How much Ceribria prevents
This is the assumption everything rests on, so it's stated plainly as a share of departures prevented. These shares are our own modeled assumptions, not measured results or published statistics. EmployerScore alone — transparency and better hiring fit, no surveys required — is modeled at 5%, 10%, or 15%. The Retention Engine, which scores team-level risk, adds 10%, 15%, or 25% — never more than 60% in total.
What Ceribria costs
Our list prices: EmployerScore at its flat monthly price — never per employee — and, if you add it, the engine at (base rate for your size + $5.25 per employee surveyed) × its tier, the per-person rate rounded to the cent. The one-time setup fee counts in year one only; for 1,001+ employees it's custom, so it's left out.
The break-even
Divide what Ceribria costs a year by what one departure costs, and you have the number of people it has to keep to pay for itself. It's the simplest test of whether the estimate holds for you: compare it with how many people leave today.
Savings here count only the direct cost of departures. What's harder to price — steadier teams, institutional knowledge kept, a stronger employer reputation — is left out. The prevention shares are modeled assumptions, not guarantees.
