Why Ceribria
Judged on records, not reputation.
Candidates are judged on their records. Ceribria lets employers be judged the same way: a score calculated from the company's own roster, kept private as a diagnostic, and published as a Transparency Report when the employer chooses.
01How it compares
Four ways to judge an employer.
Each approach answers a different question. Ceribria is the one built from what a company's records show, the same way for every company.
| Approach | Based on | Who sees it | Needs employee surveys |
|---|---|---|---|
| Review sites | Opinions posted by current and former staff | Public | No |
| Workplace certifications | An employee survey, usually paid for by the employer | A public badge | Yes |
| People analytics software | The company's own HR data | The company only | Often |
| Ceribria | The company's own roster records, scored the same way for everyone | A private diagnostic, plus a public report if the employer publishes it | No (optional, to add Culture Health) |
02Getting started
Built to ask almost nothing of you.
Most HR software starts with an implementation project. Ceribria starts with a file you already have.
01
Export the roster you already have
Any export from your HR or payroll system works, CSV or Excel, in any column order. You don't need to rename or reformat anything.
02
Personal details stay on your computer
Before the file is uploaded, your browser removes columns Ceribria never uses, such as Social Security numbers, birth dates, home addresses and bank details.
03
Columns are matched for you
Common headings are recognised by name. For unusual ones, an AI model sees only the heading and the pattern of a few values ("a date", "a 6-digit number"), never the values themselves. If anything is unclear, you confirm it on one screen.
04
The file is deleted once it's processed
Ceribria keeps the employee records it scores from, and deletes the original file and its preview rows as soon as the roster is processed.
05
No survey, no integration project
The score is calculated from the roster alone. An employee survey is optional; it adds Culture Health once at least 5 people answer.
03What we won't do
A score is only worth its rules.
These aren't policies we hope to keep. Each one is how the product works.
No paying for a better score
The EmployerScore changes only when a company's data changes. Buying the Retention Engine, or any plan, does not move it.
No individual's data in public
A public report shows the overall score, the four dimensions and how much data they rest on. Never a person, a team, or anyone's pay.
No number the data can't support
A dimension without enough data is shown as a default estimate, with no number. Culture Health stays "not measured" until a survey has enough answers.
No publishing without the employer's choice
Reports are private by default. Publishing is a deliberate choice the employer makes, and it can unpublish at any time; a plan that ends takes the report down.
No selling data
We don't sell or share personal information for advertising, and we don't use roster data for advertising.
No overstating what it is
The score is calculated from data the employer supplies and checked for consistency. It is not an audit, and Ceribria doesn't speak for the company.
